Who is this for?
Malaysian employers who want to quickly estimate their training grant eligibility and claimable amounts before submitting applications.
Does this guarantee approval?
No. This tool provides estimates based on published guidelines and user inputs. Final approval is always subject to the relevant authority's terms, review, and discretion.
What inputs are required?
Training type, venue type, trainer type, number of participants, and training duration. All inputs are simple dropdowns and number fields. You can also upload the training brochure and let it fill these in.
Is my data stored?
The calculations run on your device, and your training details are not sent anywhere. Two things do go to our server: your activation code, to check it is valid, and a brochure if you choose to upload one. The brochure is read by an AI service to fill in the details and is not kept afterwards.
Is it free?
The Android app is free to download and includes the SBL scheme. A one-time RM45 purchase in the app unlocks all schemes and gives you an activation code that also works in the browser version.
Is the estimator based on the Allowable Cost Matrix?
The estimator is developed based on the latest published Allowable Cost Matrix Guide and the corresponding rate tables. The logic reflects the eligibility criteria, funding caps, and cost categories outlined in those official documents at the time of development.
Users are advised to verify against the most recent guidelines in the event of regulatory updates, as policy revisions may affect eligibility conditions or claimable amounts.
